Official GDPR Compliance Module Checkbox not showing

Hallo,

I am installed a new Official GDPR compliance module for prestashop 1,7.  I have problem with checkboxes. 
CHeckboxes are enabled in module settings but not showing in create accout page. Can you help me how do it?

hi!

in my case prestashop didnt add correctly all hooks

I needed to go to postions of the modules and add the hooks:

• hookAdditionalCustomerFormFields
• hookValidateCustomerFormFields

after that i could see the check box, 
now i'm testing

Hello,

do You have any other solution? I have this module in those two hooks, but it still doesn't show And because of it customer cannot create account
