(SOLVED) "No Carrier Available To Deliver"

Dear Friend,

I have select Asia zone for delivery through my courier provider. But I am trying to make checkout its showing error as
"Choose your delivery method

There are no carriers available that will deliver to this address! " So can I know exactly why is it happening? Why I am getting such error.

Please kindly help me.

Hey Rocky...I am having the same problem, I think it's because the carrier dropdown box is not showing. Can you please tell me how I can fix this..I can't move forward with out this issue being resolved. thank you

I found my solution on another thread in this forum. In the screen where you define your carriers, choose to edit the carrier you want as standard. The last item there, Module, make sure the green check mark is NOT selected. When I clicked the red X, and returned to the dropdown to select my default carrier, there was the one I wanted. It was like magic, after all that searching.
Don't know if that's what you need, but that was my solution.
Works now.

Ok the way I got around it was you go into the shipping tab in your admin panel, then you have to set the price ranges and weight ranges for your products. We are doing free shipping, so I had to enter "0" for the weight ranges and prices ranges and then it started working. Try that to see if it helps...

I have a similar problem and can't understand any of these solutions.

I want to ship free of charge within Turkey with carrier MNG Kargo.

I want to ship anywhere else with FedEx (shipping not free).

I created a zone "Turkey" and attributed my carrier MNG Kargo to this zone.

For all the other countries I want to ship FedEx.

If I create an order with a delivery address in Turkey it tells me it will be shipped free of charge MNG Kargo - Great!

If I create an order with a delivery address in the UK it tells me :
"There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

Why??

Thank you to anybodyout there who can explain this to me before I rip all my hair out!

Yes, whether you enter a zero price or an non-zero price, the carrier should appear after clicking the "Save" button.

 

Using 1.4.4.1, this worked for me... struggled with this bug for better part of TWO DAYS... even tho carrier SHOWED 0 price, I had to actually GIVE it a 0 price AND save... then my carriers showed up... thats VERY frustrating Prestagods!!!!!!!!
