Need to add Customer Privacy Tick box to PS 1.6.1.15

Hi,

 

Can anybody help , I'm trying to add a Customer Privacy Tick box to my "Contact Us" page on our website.

 

I have already got PS Official Customer Privacy Block v2.0.2 installed and this adds the Privacy tick box to Creating a new member and in the Customer details when they are logged in.

I would also like this in the Contact me page.

@Toplakd states to create a new file ContactController.php in folder /override/controllers/front/ and add the lines from the URL above, however I already have a file called that in that directory.

My ContactController.php file is attached.
 

Why does it not work? What can I do to make it work?
