PrestaShop & PayPal

I've been searching for a cart option I can build within my site and use PayPal as the payment gateway, but have some questions:

If I use only PayPal does it require a customer to have a PayPal account or can they just pay without a login? I want it to feel as if they are paying from my site.

These are classfied type ads so I'm looking for a system where the payment is made, approved and ad posted all in real-time. Does PrestaShop and PayPal talk to each other and where can I find documentation for this.

Thank you for any insight you can provide. I'm selling one product for a very low price so its been very hard finding an affordabe simple cart that can handle the automation I need.
