Voucher not working

I'm trying to enable a voucher on my website but it seems it doesn't work, there is no place to put the code in ! Can anyone help me ?

I've searched the forums but cannot find a similar problem, my website is www.netlokkar.com if you want to look but it's in icelandic.

Yes it's enabled, if I choose my name in the payment > vouchers then I can see the voucher information when I view discount.php but the window to enter the code is no where to be found when order is about to be completed.. Maybe I took it out somewhere in my files but I can't find where.

you say it's nowhere to be found "when the order is about to be completed"
On my site, the voucher code is entered in the shopping cart, before checkout starts, but maybe yours is different?

No i've looked at the whole process and i've compared my website with another that is exactly the same except that there is a voucher box on the other website :/
