[SOLVED] Getting weird ERROR: Image cannot be loaded

Recommended Posts

A client recently added some products to the catalog and now when you click on the product for the zoom feature, you get this error:

"Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist."

The message generated by the browser not the site itself, so that might mean something.

Im using the prettyPhoto v1.0 module for the zoom. Its weird it just started happening and the client doesnt want to continue if the error still exist.

I tried reloaded the image, but didn't work. Tried clearing cache... I don't know what the problem is.

Here is the site: HERE
Choose the last product in the "Tops" subcategory and click the product image to see what Im talking about.

Please help.

Funny...its listed in the top section (where you outlined it in red), but not listed in the drop down menu for "Product" in the Regeneration section.

This only happens to some products that were recently inputted. Other products don't have this issue.

Thanks a lot

Solved it.

The reason why the thickbox wasn't showing up in the regeneration section, under Products is because the option to apply thickbox to products was not selected. This is where you edit the thickbox settings. After enabling the thickbox for the "Products," I selected it in the regeneration section. After about 10 times it worked, I reloaded the product page, and the zoom feature worked.

Thanks again
