Stock level and list view

Hi everyone,

Am not too sure about this (and don't want to assume) and was hoping someone can point me in the direction of where to input so that upon stock reaching a certain level (example 5) an email will be sent out to notify that stock is low.

Also, is it possible to have a list view where all items are listed within the category (here is an example: http://www.cardkingdom.com/catalog/view/2380)?
