hi there, anyone knows or has experience with an e-cig presta1.3 store merchant provider for the US?
- like to use any of the existing modules listed here http://addons.prestashop.com/en/4-payments-gateways
- like to use direct checkout from website no 3rd party redirect (like ppal)

it appears most of the big ones turned off their services due to the nature of the e-cig products - needless to say - without the curtsey of notifying.
paypal = gone
authorize.net and all affiliated providers = gone
