Would someone direct me to a step by step tutorial.I'm not a wizard, but I do have some experience with MS FrontPage.Couple of questions:What is the best platform to use? (Wordpress, etc.)Can I build a website on my desktop or do I need to build it on my ISP (LunarPages).Where can I get help in setting up a database?Your help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
