PrestaShop for non physical products

I've not yet launched my website because I want a specific function which I'd like to know if PrestaShop offers.

It will be a proofreading website, I would like a calculator that takes the amount of words in the document and provides the user with a cost quote. It would then need to take the payment, receive the document to proofread, and notify me.

I'm realising I have much less knowledge about websites than most of people here. Please could someone let me know if this is possible on PrestaShop? All of the discussion I've read is related to physical products.
