Search by tag in 1.2.5.0

Hi,

I have a problem with the search function. I have a tag block with 10 tags. Every tag is linked to +100 products in BO (Tag section). The tags are linked with search.php?tag=KEYWORD in FO. When i access that link or simply search after that keyword, the search function returns only a part of those products (30-40). How can i show all the products tagged with the same keyword, not just a few?

I tried rebuilding the search index, not worked. I tried clearing the smarty-compile folder, not worked. I tried deleting the search tables from database and rebuilding them, not worked. How can i get this to work ok?
