PayPAl API recently failure

Hi PayPal API has previously been working fine for approx ten months - now am getting error messages as below: Noticed the odd / and :// characters and don't know if they were like that previously - anyone had this issue before and know how to fix?

The only thing that has changed on server is a re-install of CSF firewall. No Prestashop or database changes have been made
