helpmeplease
Hi,On our old html website we were able to add form validation to the size selector input boxFor ExampleWe would have a t-shirt in 3 sizes, S, M and L - we would set the default property as Please Select SizeIf a customer just selected 'buy' they would be asked to Select Size - Forcing the customer to physically pick a sizeI've searched on Prestashop and I don't think this is possible....or is it?We're currently setting the default property in the attributes field to Small - but still get customers who order the wrong size - Not realising the sizing option!I suspect the very same customers would order a T-Shirt in size - 'Please Select Size' (if we added this option)Is there a way of setting an attribute value to make customers select the correct size like we used to in HTML?Hope that makes sense? Thanks in advanceBest wishesBrian
rocky
See the article here for how to add an alert when the default attribute is added to confirm that it was the customer's intention.
