Hi guys,

have a few questions about the shipping

1) how do you restrict free shipping to one shipping option? I have the australian post api module installed, and I offer regular and express post with free delivery of carts over $600, I want to know how to go about only making the regular option free, and if they want express they can pay for it. If you can appreciate, sending something to outback australia regular aposed to express is a goof 200% difference and very expensive

2) how do I show in the shopping cart block "create account for accurate shipping quoting" or something to the effect or even blank out the shipping $ until account is established, as I think all my customers are under the impression that they will be getting delivery for $1.10

I thought I would be able to Back Office >> Shipping >> Price ranges,
as I have free shipping at $250, I put express post down for between 0-250, but still when I go to purchase something over $250 the option to select is still there in the order confirmation/shipping page, dont quite understand why
