Printing and New Order Email problems - Need a solution

When printing the order pages from the back office screen (to get new orders) the page prints about 2/3 of the page width, leaving off the entire right hand 1/3 of it. I can't seem to find a way to fix this issue. Any help there would be appreciated.

Also, all of the information I need to fill and invoice new orders isn't in the emails the prestashop program sends out. Some of it is there (in a very strange arrangement for the USA, I might add) but not all of it is there. For some reason the City, Country, and the Zipcode print out, but not the Company Name, State or the Phone Number. I've tried to write in the rest of the info (in the same syntax for adding from the DB) into the email htm files, but it doesn't show up correctly. Any help here would be appreciated as well.

At the moment, we have to go into the orders tab, open the .pdf file, and print that. Not really a lot of work, but it irritates the heck out of our warehouse staff. I'd really like to have everything that comes out on the pdf come up on the notification email as well. I'll include an image. Can it be done?
