You can make changes on files under following folder,

/modules/blockcategories/

Can you specify the way to customize category's tree structure to plain view? Actually i need the code from where the code is used for categories module.

I am not sure if there is any easy way so do that, I think that's not just a few lines of code change can be implemented.
Maybe you can search if there is any existing module that do what you wanted.

By "plain view", do you mean without the Javascript? You can go to the configuration page of the "Categories module" and change "Dynamic" to X to remove it.
