jasona77 Posted May 8, 2018 Share Posted May 8, 2018 I am trying to import products into my store by means of a CSV file. Everything goes fine for a while but then I get this error: Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I have two PrestaShops and this is the error I get in one that I am using version 1.6.18. My other store uses version 1.7 and when I try to import products it just stays at the importing screen saying that it is importing data but it never does anything.
