Customer Service e-mail template/ error in swift?

Hey guys,
Went through the forum, tried a few random fixes thats been posted. But no luck so far. Basically everything works at it should, but when I respond to a customer query (in the new customer service tab), the message gets halted. This is the error I receive.

Mail failure - malformed recipient address

To: (e-mailremoved)@gmail.com (e-mailremoved)@gmail.com>
Subject: [iPersonalize] An answer to your message is available
Return-Path:
From: iPersonalize

I changed smtps, just to be sure, but got the exact same message there. Like I said, everything else works fine, it's just when replying to a customer's e-mail where it goes amiss.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

I am going to assume your site is in english. Download prestashop 1.5, then extract it. Once you have extracted it, upload the /mails folder to your server. See if that corrects the issue, sometimes mail templates are not copied over correctly.
