500 internal server error,hay solucion?

pues eso,que he borrado por error el transporte mycarrier y ya no me funciona,ni me acepta ninguno que yo pueda configurar.me pone:

No hay compañías que se disponga para entregar a esta dirección!

por favor,me podeis echar una mano?sin esto no se puede confirmar pedidos,no sepuede hacer nada?volver a instalar el my carrier?arreglarlo de alguna manera?
he leido en algun lado que la unica manera de arreglarlo es reinstalando prestashop,no es una opcion,he tardado un mes en montar la pagina,ayuda por favor

solucionado,he creado uno nuevo gracias a un tutorial de un compañero

Ahora viene la gorda...

al elegir el modo de pago me pone esto:

500 Internal Server Error

nos hemos pegado casi un mes subiendo productos a la web...por favor,decidme que tiene solucion,no quiero volver a subir casi 1000 productos

I had the same problem in this morning. I noticed that I had made .htaccess document inside the iadmin.
So I save it (if I need to put it back) and delete it then.
No I can access again to admin pages.
