Country + Zones messed up

Hello people,

Okey I need help, how do I get the zones/countrys/zones reset to standard like it was in a pure installation as right now everything seems messed up for me. Which files do I need replace to get this worked out?

Here's a text file that will delete your zones, countries and states then insert the default ones. Change ps_ to your database prefix, then log in to phpMyAdmin and paste the query on the SQL tab.
