What happens when I import csv files???

Hi!!!!
The subject of my query is whether anyone else has this happened: It turns out that when you import any CSV file, load me everything perfectly, but going into next step (which should show the fields and columns sync) I get no column. See the pictures to understand it better.
I look for the solution and found in the "admin" folder another folder call "import" (which should do this role), but I can't fix this bug.
Any ideas?
