Can no longer edit CMS terms etc. in footer

I've never had this problem before, but I needed to add a new condition to the terms and conditions in the footer.

The usual way is to go to Tools>CMS> and edit the relevant section.


However, when I add new information and click save, it doesn't save, and I get a page not found error.

I can edit the ones that have only a little information, such as the About section, but Terms And Conditions is a long list and won't save for me.

I'm using Version 1.3.1.1, and will be updating as soon as I have the time.

In the meantime, any help with my problem would be greatly appreciate.
