[SOLVED] How can customer change password?

please can someone let me know how a customer can change their password
when they have been sent a generated password after forgetting the original one,

I have just tried this and
in the personal information page

there is a box for current password
then password (presume this means new password?)
and another to confirm,
but there is no way of saving this new information.

I tried to enter new password anyway and it did not work.
Please can you advise, thankyou

This is not a default Prestashop template! see picture for the default Prestashop template.
You have to check with the DEV of your template.

yes I have been informed that the SAVE button was accidentally deleted!
