[Solved] stopping specific pages being displayed in google search

I am finding that when doing a google search for my PS site some of the search results are not really what I want as a the entry page into the site. eg privacy policy,

Is there a way I can stop google offering these pages in a search.

Yes, there is an option somewhere in the admin prefences to create a robots.txt file where you can specify what pages you don't want google to crawl. Do a search for 'robots.txt' to find out what you need to do.

Thanks for the pointer - I have created the robots file (the automatic version) so I will now read up how to add elements to it.
