[SOLVED] How to change the content at the front page

I had try to find there the place to let me change the content for index in the back office, but i cant find any
then i search over in the file and find out some of it, then i try to change, but only the default content had delete, but those content i type it in didnt show out!!

is there have any better way for me to work on the index page?

To add featured products you need to add your products to the home category in the edit product screen

i mean not the product
but the content on the top

If I understand correctly, you have to go to BO/Modules/Home text editor.
