Pretty Url's module and not show image

Hi everyone,

i need some help with this issue. I have installed Pretty Url's module for eliminate the iD in my url's. This work fine on my web site, but now when I put a new product in my shop with import from Danea Easyfatt the image not showing on Front Office. In the Back Office there is the image and all information are right.

I reads many topic with people have this exactly issue but the solution doesn't work for me.
I tried to enable/disable the Friendly Url's on my BO - Regenerate the htaccess.

Does someone else has a solution or idea? I spent my last 4 days around this issue.
