Prestashop versions and php 5.3.3

First off all i already posted this question , in general discution , i think this is the right place to poested , so first off all sorry for the double post.

Hi there i have a dedicated server its running php 5.2.12
i need to update the php version to PHP 5.3.3
the problems is that i have instaled diferent versions of prestashop:

2(two) – Version 1.2.5.0

1(one) – Version 1.3.2.3


is there ani problem that i have to solve before making the php update ?
