Not able to install PrestaShop

Hi,
I have downloaded prestashop_1.3.2.3
created a database for it in myphpadmin. using xamp server.
Now when I am installing it. It is giving error Message
"You have to create a database, help available in readme_en.txt"

I am giving correct database information.
I am not able to understand what is the problem.


Please resolve my problem

Have you set access rights (privileges) for your database
