Flaunt
Hi,Currently using the latest version of Prestashop with a heavily modified theme. I have set the option to 'Allow Orders' for Out Of Stock items and have put in a message to display (eg. delivery will take longer). However, it doesn't appear to be displaying properly. As you click on the item you BRIEFLY see the message in the 'Add To Cart' box but then it very quickly vanishes (the box 'shrinks' if you like, and the message goes).Any clues on how to stop this? Maybe a JS prob? Thanks.
Flaunt
Any clues on this? Just to make it clearer, it's the blockcart part on the product description page (where the price is and you 'Add To Cart'.When you load the page, you briefly see the message about 'out of stock' ordering dates then the box 'collapses' and the message vanishes. I really need to fix this as it is an important part of the ordering process for us!Many thanks
kyrre
I have the same problem, and in addition the order status is not updated to "not in stock" when a customer choose the PayPal API.It's a little irritating for the customer as he/she thinks the product will arrive a day or two later, and then they start asking about it.V 1.3.1.
