graphicd
I'm sure this type of thing gets asked frequently, but I'm unable to find any documentation or hints in my searches.I don't see how to change the links in the footer. In the template I saw that it was using {$HOOK_FOOTER}, and that the Miscellaneous links block was the only module hooked in, but I'm lost after that. Hopefully this is the easiest question to answer all day. Thanks!
ramblingrose
A part of the footer links are tied to the CMS tool (available since v1.1b2 I believe) found underneath the tab Tools. There you can create/edit pages which you can activate/display by going to the Modules tab and there choose configure for the Footer Links Block (the same procedure is used for the links within the informational block). The others are hardcoded and found within the blockvariouslinks.tpl found under Modules/bloclvariouslinks.HTH
graphicd
That does help - thanks! I'm using 1.0 so no CMS module - it was just in modules/blockvariouslinks. Can't wait for the CMS tool in a stable release!
jhnstcks
One thing about the new CMS tool in the new version. It doesnt pick-up your custom made files, you will need to create new CMS pages and copy and paste the html from your tpl file into the editor. Also all the URLs change for T&C;, privacy and aboutus pages, so you will need to alter these if you have navBars etc.
