Annoying "Cannot create new files and folders " error

I try to install Prestashop 1.7 since 2 hours and its killing me !  This error its taking errors of my life " Cannot create new files and folders ".

 

I have tried all the methods, I have chmod all folder 755 , then with this command: find . -type f -exec chmod 644 {} \; && find . -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;

All in vain, the same error keeps coming on install.  Anyone can tell me exactly what I have to do to fix it ?  I have my own WHM - Cpanel , ssh access everything.
