Search box problem re-occurred

Hi All..
Me again, previously I have a problem "search box not function" I tried going to BO>Preferences > Search > Re-build search index. The problem was solved.
Now the same problem re occurred, and I tried fix it with the same way but unfortunately the problem could not be solved.

I even can not find the words "Re-build search index" anymore on preferences>search And has turned into words "Re-build entire index". (as in the ilustration attached)

Can anyone please help or explain ?

I went to pasarbatikpekalongan.com and the search seems to be working, did you have a problem on another site?
