kylem Posted November 20, 2010 Share Posted November 20, 2010 I wanted just 2 shipping zones. So on Shipping > Zones I added the ones I wanted and deleted the others. However on Shipping >Fees not only are my zones not added, but all the others have disappeared and so have all the fields disappeared under my weight ranges. So there are now no fields to fill to in the p&p;prices for each zone and weight range. I then added back all the zones I had deleted on Shipping > Zones, but this has not changed anything on Shipping > Fees, and there are still no fields or zones. I would appreciate any help on this. kylem Posted November 30, 2010 Author Share Posted November 30, 2010 Deleting the zones in shipping>zones also deleted all the zones in the 'zone' column of shipping>countries; which means each of the countries had to be opened and reset.
