showing some combination in a specific category

Can i list some combinations of a product to a specific category and other combinations to another category? how?

In general, no, you can't, you will need a customization for that

well the default product is a print and it has some frame/color combinations. 

i want to make a category for prints and other category for framed prints. in the same time i want to show the frames/colors like combinations in the print product page

Oh, do you mean list them as a filter, like in the column? Prestashop has a layered navigation module for that (included in the default installation)

No, i mean i want to have categories for that:
Prints
Floating Frame Prints
X Frame Prints
Y frame Prints
where floating, X and Y are already included as products combinations. every type of frame has few colors as well.
