1.6 How to add a specific column in BO Customer

Hi guys,

Here is the situation:

 

What I need is to add a new column in the Customer BAck Office View showing if the customer is activated or not:

I have a specific module preventing automatic validation of inscriptions, and I would like to show the status of the pending validation customers (according to this module) inside the Back Office Customer View.

How can I make this happen?
