Email error - test message won't go through

OK so I tried sending a test e-mail through the standard contact form on my prestashop site and it won't go through. I get the following error for my customer service and webmaster e-mails, both of which go through the same host as the site:


Error - The following email template is missing: /home/desideri/public_html/mails/en/contact.txt

Please fix!

Correction: If I send a test e-mail to myself from the back office, it works. The error occurs when I'm attempting to use the contact form from the Front Office side.

From the error message, it seems obvious. The file mails/en/contact.txt is missing. Have you tried re-uploading that file?

Sorry, web designer I'm not. I can try re-uploading but I'm not sure what folder the file is supposed to go into.

You only need to upload 1 file: mails/en/contact.txt. It should go in the mails/en directory on your server.
