EA4FVB Posted November 19, 2010 Share Posted November 19, 2010 Hi guys, maybe someone can help me, I have hostin in terrapower, I have instaled prestashop a lot of times (5 or 6 times) and always well, we were testing it. Now we want to begin to work and we found a problem in last instalation process. i have try 4 times and always the same.I do this:1) delete old batabase2) create new databasa and new user (all permisions)3) copy prestashop to w.....com/tienda4) change permision files5) execute: w.....com/tienda/installin "System and permissions" everything is greenthen in "Database configuration" I write server:localhost and database & user name and push verify nowthis message appears: "Database Server is available but database is not found" (of course database name is right, I can see clean database in phpMyAdmin)I am going crazy, I have instaled prestashop in same domain and hosting before and always was well.any help please, hosting technicians don´t know prestashop, they tell me all is like always, and I don´t know what must I ask them.thanks for your time guyPablo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
