trying to install Pretashop 1.7

I have setup prestashop 1.7 in linode but I try to run the install itself I keep on getting the error "An error has occured: Extraction error - No error ". This doesn't make sense and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what is wrong?

Extraction error could be a missing unzip module on your server. You should ask for support of your provider.

Read also server error logs - if you don't have access to them, ask provider whether he can help you.

You can enable debug mode to see more errors, and ensure /app/cache/prod(dev)/sandbox folder is writable.

For anyone running into this problem, also check maximum disk space usage in DirectAdmin / Plesk.
