rickyelqasem Posted April 30, 2018 Share Posted April 30, 2018 I purchased a Theme for first time this morning. I made a typo in the url for downloading the Theme. 1 extra character. Someone from online chat told me it was an easy fix and to contact billing services but wasn't very clear how. Just go through Contact Us...
