Tax for PA residents ONLY on certain products but not on others

I live in Pennsylvania, USA, and I need to charge 6% sales tax to PA residents on some items and no tax on other items for PA residents. I currently use the product tax option for the state tax and indicate on each product whether it has a 6% tax or not. In the back office it shows the tax applied to the products that are taxable, but it doesn't show up on my website when a Pennsylvania resident buys a taxable product. What do I have to do to make this work?
