How to link best-sales-php to a category?

anyone here to help me, please. I would like to link e.g. the best-sales.php to an own category (bestsellers), is that possible? tried in a first attempt to add the best-sales.php in the friendly url but that obviously did not work. any takers out there, e.g. from down under :-)

Unfortunately, I can't help, because I am looking for a solution to the same problem. I think the default behavior for category URLs is to prefix the category id to the friendly URL (e.g. 1-category.php). Is it also possible to change this behavior?
