Just have a few question to see if Prestashop might have the following features:
1. Be able to setup miminum total purchase cost per category.
2 Be able to setup shipping cost per category
3. Be able to setup different select options per product like color & size.
4. Be able to have users download products.

1. No, you can only set a single fixed minimum total order price.
2. No, PrestaShop v1.3 only lets you set up shipping costs by ranges. PrestaShop v1.4 lets you set up shippng cost per product, but not per category. You would have to manually enter the same shipping cost for each product in the same category.
3. Yes, PrestaShop lets you create groups of attributes on a per-product basis.
4. Yes, PrestaShop lets you attach a single file to a product that can only be downloaded if the product is purchases, and also the option to attach multiple free files to a product.
