How do I add different prices for difference carriers?

I want to add different prices for different carriers, for example:

Royal Mail 3-15 Days (Free)
Royal Mail First class Recorded (£2.20)
DHL Same Day (£29.00)

How do I do this, it looks very complicated.

BO > Shipping > Carriers to list your carriers
then
BO > Shipping > Price Ranges and add the ranges of prices (or Weight Ranges for weights) for which you want to charge
then
BO > Shipping > scroll down to Fees and input the price you want to charge per carrier / per price or weight range
