Back office import module error 500

Hello, I hope someone can give me an answer, actually i'm having a tremendous headache with the import area in prestashop, simply i can't access to the import page, i've  already enabled debug mode (everything seems to be fine), I've increased the limit of memory, but I still get an error 500 page

P.D. Everything else in the back office is working well, it's just the import page what's throwing me the 500 error

If you are using a hosting please check the log of error if you are not able to see a error on the screen you are going to see the error there, sometimes even with debug mode on the hosting diasable the feature to show the errors
