[Solved]Tax pull down menu in the back office inside the category tab

Tax pull down menu in the back office inside the category tab.

I see three pull down menu.
But, none of them fits the tax rate of the country that I live in.
How can I create the tax rate so that it could be inside the pull down menu
of TAX?

Edit the first post and add it to the title.

I inserted --solved in the title, after went inside the Edit button.
I hope this is what you meant. I couldn't find the special button.
