Copy website to a reseller solution

Hello,

I want to copy my shop to another website as a reseller solution running it's own database.

Before starting have anybody experience with this task.

my task

Copy whole prestashop solution to new location
save database and install new database(some problem to install in one go, maybe database to big)
change database information in source
????

1) Copy DB
2) Copy all files

But I have no experience what to do next.
