shokinro
If you really have received payment from your customer, you can go your back office to change status to "Payment Accepted"1. log in to you back office2. click "Orders" tab3. Find order you want to change and click to edit4. Change status to ""Payment Accepted"5. Click "change" linkBut I recommend you to check your Paypal that you really have got the money. shokinro
What version of PrestaShop are you using?I guess either you don't have permission to do that (not an administrator) or have some custom changes on that page.If you log in as administrator, you should be able to do everything.Check you setting at Employees - Profiles , Employees - Permissions
AmauryUK
No, I've never changed anything on this page...It's a big problem for me, the fact that the order is still under the status "waiting for paypal payment", the customer didn't receive any Email of confirmation. Please does someone have a solution? shokinro
If you didn't change anything and you are logged in as administrator, then maybe something goes wrong with the order status list loading, try set ''display_errors' at your /config/conffig.inc.phpini_set('display_errors', 'on');See if there is any error occurred. (don't forget to change it back when you are done with it)

shokinro
I really have no idea how this could this happen if everything is configured correct and you didn't change anything. You can try following things to see if will fix the issue. 1. Try remove all files uner folder /tools/smarty/compile/2. Get original version of /admin/tabs/AdminOrders.php file and overwrite the one at your site.(Be sure get correct version, if you have backup of your original copy, that's best)

To solve this is issue just simple solution is there if error is related to this. I was getting error when i pay from paypal. Order is generated to admin with "Awaiting paypal payment".
