hurray
How accurate is prestashop's visitor count indicator? Sometimes it say I have 50 visitors online but then google analytics shows only 35 visits for that day.
jhnstcks
I have always been told that because google and other trackers use javascript to track visitors, if anyone has it turned off it is unable to track that visitor. Also if the visitor closes the tab before the script activates then it wont track that visitor, whereas Prestashop might do.
hurray
So prestashop's indication is more inclusive and accurate then. Would you say so?

marifb
Follow up this thread. Does Prestashop counts search engine crawl as visit? Thanks
eplaku
I think that it does, as there is now way that there are as many visitors to my site (though I would like to believe it) as PrestaShop reports that I do. I used to have another ecommerce script and the number of visitors to the site did not change much after installing prestashop, despite the number of visitors recorded by the script.
