VAT number in registration form

Hello I'm using Prestashop v.1.7.3.1

In the registration form I would like the VAT number and the company to be required

B2B enable

From Backoffice --> Customer --> Required fields, I set Vat number and company

But in the registration form is shown only company (optional)

I forgot to set something?
