uddhava
I found out that having keywords in the friendly url that are similar to the Meta Title might help people to find your articles more easily. Although google uses there own 'way' to index urls, it might be a good idea to use important search keywords in your friendly url. But i guess the friendly url should stay simple and short. To give you an example:I have a product with these meta setup:title : Mysore Sandalwood soapMeta title: Mysore Sandalwood Soapfriendly url : soap-mysoreAnd people search for : "Sandalwood soap" and find the soap, even without sandalwood being in the friendly url!!!So i guess that when you use the title as the friendly url, it might even help more?Anybody who can confirm this from experience ?
